Dr Le & her staff are truly a family business. All 6 members of my family - my husband, me & our children have been patients here. We know the staff well & they're amazing! I can't recommend Eyeris Vision enough.

Had a great visit. All the staff was nice and welcoming. Everything was explained to me about billing, insurance and cost prior to exam. I was fitted for my glasses with patience and ease, no pressure whatsoever.

Super attentive and friendly staff. Dr Le is excellent. My exam was thorough and she provided excellent explanations that didn't go over my head. I also enjoyed her bedside manner. 5 stars!!!

I love EyeRis Vision! Dr. Le is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. All the staff are welcoming and supportive! I have been going to EyeRis for a couple of years now, and I have no plans to change.

I am a disabled veteran, very limited income. I have zero eye care insurance. When I first walked into Eyeris Vision, I was a little nervous about attempting to get a new lighter pair of glasses. I have been struggling with vision for years. My current VA pair are cheap, heavy and slide on my face. I was getting horrible migraines. So I placed an order for a new pair polycarbonate lenses but with a steel frame foregoing the more expensive titanium frames offered. Paying out of pocket privately was well worth a comfortable pair of glasses. The Staff from Kate, Justin & Hugo. They won me over with their level of down to earth professionalism, knowledge & insight. My only mistake was not listening to their recommendations. I thought I could go my own way. I received my glasses and Justin attempted to adjust them as best he could. However, after the first hour of wearing them, I was certain of one thing. I Hated them. Loved the appearance, but they slid down my nose worse than my original pair. Uh oh! I reached out to inform Kate of my dilemma. She was so sweet but unfortunately the staffs policymakers left no options for me, other than more adjustments. I was flabbergasted. Did I just make the most expensive mistake. Well after conceding to reality. The next day I limped into the shop, feeling defeated. I mustered up a smile and said hello. Before I could finish my greeting. Justin, relayed to me that they were not satisfied with my dissatisfaction & disappointment. Justin took it upon himself to reach out after my initial conversation with them, to all of his contacts, labs & vendors. Who does that, these days the status quo rules the day. Justin, told me that he felt there had to be something they could do to help my situation. He did not want to give me false hope but that he was awaiting some call backs. He had coordinated with his vendors and their bosses to right the ship so to speak. It truly choked me up that these strangers would treat me with so much dignity and respect, more so than my own family. I told them I was just grateful they were even attempting to gain approval for correcting my poor choice to allow me the comfortable pair I was hoping for. I suppose just the acknowledgement that I was not invisible. Not only seen, but heard. The feeling of earnest in the whole staffs hearts are amazing. These are awesome people whom truly love to help people. And to the executives that listened to Justin advocate for me and responded back to him in the most timely manner. Thankyou all, as well! Great people working with other fantastic people. Im so blessed to have chosen Eyeris Vision on South Lamar Blvd. I feel like I'm part of the family. I'll tell ya, I'm so glad to have experienced the care I received at Eyeris Vision. Im certain you will too. Thanks again Justin, Kate & Hugo. Y'all ROCK! Dr. Le was so amazing. I received a diagnosis for a rare eye condition on the same day of my appointment. She explained everything to me very clearly too. I appreciate her kind team of assistants who also helped me throughout my visit. I can't wait to come back again soon! So glad to finally have answers about my vision.

Everyone here is friendly and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. Things are concise and informative, and Dr. Le is wonderful. I've been going here for 3 years now and I can't imagine going elsewhere.

Dr Le and her team are awesome, I've been relying on Eyeris Vision for years as my vision has been changing. I love the way Dr. Le balances the near and far-sightedness in my contacts & glasses so I can see mountains as well as what's on my phone.
