Dr Yee and her staff were friendly. The billing was transparent. The eye exam itself was handled efficiently so that I was out the door with a new prescription in under an hour. Only peeve was a lot of required fields in the digital paperwork. But most doctors do that.

I have been a high-maintenance Ortho-K patient since elementary school. After years of poor care at another practice, I came into Dr. Yee's office very skeptical that I would find a great Ortho-K provider in Austin. It was a trust-the-process situation, but I can say without a doubt I've never had the level of exceptional care that I've received with Dr. Yee and staff anywhere else. Dr. Yee is friendly and cares about my vision and well-being. Staff is communicative with me. I look forward to every visit now. Thank you, team!

Not good. The Doctor is rude and the staff is careless. They ordered a pair of contacts. The doctor wanted me to buy them without letting me try a pair first and when I asked for a trial they ended up losing it. Waited for a couple weeks for them to give me a call to come pick it up but I never did. Ended up asking for my prescription and will not want to deal with them again.
