Fine Eyewear & Eye Care

My frames broke while at a conference in Austin last week. Fortunately, I was near fine eyewear and popped in. Dani helped me and said she didn't want to glue it because it might void any warranty I had. But - she was able to replace the temple temporarily so that I could wear my glasses until I got home. So very, very grateful for her quick solution and kind manner. If I were local, I would totally go to this eyewear boutique.

Couldn't be nicer, and great selection of frames, too! I recently stopped in to see if they could repair two pairs of good sunglasses - not only could they, they did it while I waited, and there was no charge. The lady who did the repairs realky took her time and made sure they were perfect! It was a very nice experience overall.

I came in last minute, and Maria immediately stepped in to help me with patience and professionalism. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling well taken care of. Fine Eyeware has awesome glasses options, but I specifically went for help with adjusting my frames which I'd bent. Maria who helped fix my frames was really friendly and involved me in getting them just right for my face + comfort level. I think you'd find cute glasses and good customer service if you try out Fine Eyeware!

I stepped on my brand new glasses whilst on a business trip. I went to the fantastic people at Fine Eyewear and they fixed something that I didn't realise could have been, and for free! Thank you so much!!

Received a referral from the VA to this location and was immediately greeted by their kind staff. They were ready to begin my exam as soon as I was ready, I did not have to wait at all. Everything was very thorough and completed with haste, but I did not feel rushed. I was shown scans of my eyes (really cool) and was able to ask the eye doctor any questions or concerns that I had. Afterwards I was given a prescription and was shown the offerings for eye wear at their office. They have an enormous selection of frames, and was walked through the options for my lenses and optional enhancements. Every staff member for extremely polite and attentive. Lastly and best of all, I ordered my frame and lens and was told it could take up to 2 weeks on average to receive my custom eyewear, but I was contacted within a week that my glasses were ready for pick up. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and the service that I have received. I would recommend that anyone who is serious about their eyewear and would want professional service to come here.

This was my first time in an optometrist office as an adult, I'm almost 40. My experience was exactly what you would want in a doctor visit. I was greeted with the best attitude from all staff. We then rolled right into the appointment with clear guidance, proper communication, and professionalism. The process was seamless. After the exam and meeting with Dr. Gray, I felt very comfortable. I was passed on along to the final phase of the process which was the most fun! Maria and Danielle were awesome! I got to have my own personal unique fitting that included several options and knowledge about the designs and benefits of the different options. I landed on the best pair, they were said to be hand made! I really enjoy the salesmanship and when I can recognize that I'm being genuinely helped and not sold, it feels good spending my hard earned money not only on the item but for the experience and dedication to the mission. I love my new optometrist office and I will be mentioning it to everyone when the chance arrives! Thank you all for the Fine experience!! Can't wait to pick up my new glasses!!

While visiting Austin from Tokyo for SXSW, my glasses unscrewed and the lenses fell out. In search of an optician, I visited this store near the Austin Convention Center. The store opened a few minutes early, but when I explained the situation, She said, "I can fix it right away! and they fixed it right away. She said, "You must have been in trouble with the happening." "From Japan? You've come a long way! ", "Enjoy SXSW and Austin." They are a lifesaver. I want to thank you again here.
