Amazing experience. The staff was so lovely! I was able to text the front desk any additional information for my insurance before I came in for my appointment. I scheduled this exam a few hours before the appointment. I came in a few minutes early, and since my information was already in the system and insurance verified, I got right into my eye exam. Dr. Monica Do is SO sweet and she's very efficient with your exam. I was in and out in 10 minutes with my new prescription in hand! If you've been avoiding an eye exam, come here to get it done as quickly and pain free as possible

Formerly, I didn't think much about my eye care like I did for my my primary healthcare. Several years ago I became a patient at a Dr.Do to get eyeglasses prescriptions. But she has done much more for me in that time. She encouraged me to order a reusable moist heat compress mask. I said regularly heat it in the microwave for a few seconds and then put it over mines for 10 minutes. She said it would help relieve dryness in my eyes. I hadn't even mentioned this problem; I just thought it was due to aging and had been using, not very successfully, off-the-shelf eye drops. So, I hadn't even mentioned this to her. Much to my surprise, the use of this simple mask has worked wonders for my eyes.

What a delightful experience! I wasn't completely satisfied with the prescription that I got from my eye doctor last year so I wanted to come back to Great Hills for a second opinion. First of all, this place is tiny. The waiting area has slightly more space than an airline row. But what they lack in square footage, they make up for in warm, welcoming, customer service, and very efficient exam practices. I was so impressed with my consultation with Dr. Ray, who listened to the problems I had experienced as a first time contact wearer, and had suggestions for other products/prescriptions to give me a better experience. Everything went so smoothly and I felt well cared for and confident in my new prescription

Love this place. Friendly, super efficient, caring and no pressure since they don't sell contacts or glasses.
I used to dread going to the eye doctor, and being handed off from room to room before getting the weird sales techniques that felt more like a car dealership than a doctor's office. Definitely not the case with Great Hills! I was in and out in 20 minutes and yet didn't feel rushed. Dr. Do was outstanding. Highly recommended!
