I've been going to this office for 10+ years now!! I can't praise them enough for their amazing work and attention to care. Dr. Karishma Jagnandan is extremely wonderful and knowledgeable!! I love how she explains her process to me in a way I can understand, not to mention she's such a kind provider!!
In addition to this I must say my main reason for staying loyal to this office is due to the amazing work Ms. Chasidy provides. I can't thank her enough for her efforts going above and beyond to help me find glasses that are tailored to me. Wholeheartedly if she ever decided to move offices I would go with her LOL. Everyone is so supportive and nice but she is especially phenomenal. I definitely look forward to visiting her every time! 10/10 experience, if you're looking for an office that'll provide great service and offer new trendy glasses definitely pay them a visit!!

My son's and I have been going to Jansen optical for 13 years, ever since my sons were in elementary school. Dr. Hamisou is the absolute best optician, always takes great care and spends time with her patients. The entire staff are friendly and welcoming. It's been through some changes over the years, how I Dr. Hamisou and Chasidy have always been the constant. I trust Chasidy implicitly, she is the only one my sons and I go to.

I've been going to this practice for several years now and it's truly the best. Dr. Hamissou has been my eye doctor for the majority of my visits and she truly is the reason I keep coming back. I don't live in the Austin area anymore and have to travel each year for my annual eye appointment but I have no regrets because her decorum and manner are what keeps me coming back. She is very personable and kind. She remembers the little details about my family and my life and I only see her once a year. The staff that work with her are also amazing. They're very kind and helpful. I know I had to reschedule my appointment a few times and they never make it seem like an inconvenience. I truly can't say enough great things about them. Thank you for all you guys do and can't wait to come back next year!

If I could give more stars than 5 I would. I am a nervous patient and Dr. Sally Hamissou is so patient and kind. She is very thorough and does not rush you out the door. The staff in the optical department is also very friendly and helpful. Helping me pick the best frames for my face and giving me their honest opinion.

Dr. Hamissou is simply a joy! Every interaction no matter which employee is involved feels as though I am talking to a friend I've known forever. Each experience is warm and friendly and laughs are most likely on the menu. I've been going to Jansen for a while now and I always walk out in such a good mood. Oh, and they really know their stuff.
