Kudos Dr. Reed for the best eyeglass prescription I have ever received! I have worn glasses for 55 years. Until now the best correction I have had is 20/40 right eye and 20/60 left eye. With uncorrected vision of 20/300, you have managed to correct my vision to 20/30! I am seeing some things for the very first time! Thank you for your patience, perseverance and knowledge. I will never see any other optometrist. You are simply the best! Thank you for the gift of sight!

I visited Dr. Reed's office for several years and I would not change for another optometrists. If anyone has a problem with a member of staff, just voice your concerns don't just decide you will never go there again. The Dr. is excellent, and very courteous. After all, it's the Dr you've gone to see to help with your vision issues; not the staff.

I will need an optometrist in the near future as I haven't had an exam in quite some time. Today I called for help as I need my glasses adjusted before a business trip I'm starting this afternoon. I called this office to ask if they did this and her response was pretty much "I don't know, just call Eyemart (?)". She should have just told me to hang up as that was what she obviously wanted. I will certainly not be using this optometrist as he must be hiring from the fast food restaurants.

Great place, they are always very fast, as a mother with 3 kids who require glasses, love that they can all get them within one hour refilled at Eyemart in the same building. Always found there staff very friendly and very professional!!

I just had an awful dealing with Marie the office manager. I found her to be rude, unhelpful & absolutely unprofessional. While this office is convenient I will not be visiting this office. I am awaiting a call from the doctor to voice my concerns about this member of his staff.
