I've been a patient are master eye associates for over 10 years. This year, I had to renew my contact prescription (as I do every year). The doctor talked me into having my brand changed from acuvue to bio infinity & gave me a sample pair to try. He told me that this was because there is an acuvue shortage (have not found this to be true), but said it's be no problem to switch my prescription if I didn't like the bio infinity. Well, i didnt like the bio infinity, so I called them to switch my prescription & they told me they'd gladly do this for a $50 fee... And there was no other option. I will now never go back to this place again... And it's impossible to get a contact number for anyone to speak to about this matter
