Dr. Trinh is straight forward and competent, but I won't go back due to his staff. They never answered the phone when we called to make an appointment, never returned our calls when we left a message and had no desire to help pick out or fit glasses. The last time I came in and picked up my glasses, I tried them on and asked them to be readjusted because it was hurting behind my ears. After a couple of tries they just said "you can do this at home" and wouldn't offer any more assistance. It took me over 3 months of wearing them for short periods before I could comfortably wear them regularly. I've never been to an optometrist's office with such poor customer service.

The Dr was very knowledgeable and cared his job.
We had a small talk while I was getting examined and he made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back long term.

Told me $30.00 dollar charge to check my eyes for an eye disease...I stated no thanks...I have been to two different eye Drs. since and they said no eye disease without, the extra charge and she had the cheapist quality of glasses, under Insurance...
