I recently had LASIK done at LasikPlus Austin, and wow, what an incredible experience from start to finish! Dr. Ryan Brewer was absolutely phenomenal. It genuinely feels like he was born to do this. He has such a positive, energetic demeanor that immediately puts you at ease and even makes you excited about the process. He guided me through every step, checked in with me constantly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The staff was also extremely friendly, professional and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The procedure itself was unbelievably fast--so fast that I had to pause afterward just to process what had even happened. When I first arrived, I was a bit nervous about having to keep my eyes open and focus on one spot for a period of time, but honestly, there was no reason to be nervous at all. The team walks you through everything so clearly and calmly that it becomes incredibly easy. If you're even thinking about getting LASIK, I cannot recommend Dr. Ryan Brewer highly enough. He is truly fantastic and I'm so grateful for such a smooth, reassuring and life-changing experience.

Had the best experience at LasikPlus downtown Austin on North Lamar. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor, the surgeon, assistants were so professional, friendly and helpful. It was a very positive interaction everytime I was there from the consultation to the post op appointment. It makes a big difference when you feel so comfortable with doctors especially for an eye surgery. I was shocked at how quick everything happened. 10/10 would recommend getting laser eye surgery from LasikPlus!

I loved the experience. All team members are really nice. They explain everything more than once to ensure you feel confident with every step. Dr Brewer was really nice too. I feel delighted with my results and my new vision. I still need to get adapted but the improvement was evident from the very first moment. The surgery was quick and is not painful at all. I recommend it 1000%.

I've been wanting Lasik after only 4 years of being in contacts/glasses, but I was always hesitant because of the procedure itself, and the cost. I was fortunate enough to see a great deal LasikPlus was offering in my Cigna dashboard, and things progressed very quickly from there! Had a free 15 min video consult, that led to an in person consult where everybody was so helpful and comforting. It was about 1.5-2hrs of eye exams before concluding with booking an appointment. I was not expecting to move this quickly, but the staff and online presence, made me feel comfortable...and excited. From there, Dr Brewer took about 5 minutes to successfully complete the procedure, and sent me home with plenty of recovery guidance and meds. Not only that, he called me a couple of days before to answer some questions I had over a 25 minute call! He made me feel comfortable right away, and throughout the process. My eyes felt better the next day, and now I'm a month in with constant improvements. Thank you all, highly recommended! Affordable, and top quality service.

Dr. Urooj Chandwany has been amazing. The entire staff is kind and supportive, but she truly goes above and beyond. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. She's the kind of doctor I would follow without hesitation if she ever left the clinic. I will need a second procedure, which I don't fault the clinic or surgeon for at all. I had significant astigmatism and was very nearsighted. Even so, my vision is already much better than it was without glasses or contacts. While it isn't yet perfect for distance, they have been incredibly reassuring and proactive in getting the second procedure scheduled. Even knowing I'm not at the final result yet, I feel confident in my care & grateful for the honesty and support every step of the way!

I had LASIK eye surgery on Monday, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. I didn't feel any discomfort during the surgery or afterward, which was such a relief because I was definitely a little nervous going in. The front desk staff were absolutely welcoming and so helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything feel easy and stress free from the start. Dr. Brewer was my surgeon, and he was seriously great. He was calm, reassuring, and just made me feel really comfortable, the whole process felt simple and smooth. After the surgery, I went home, took a nap, and woke up with 20/20 vision!! It's been three days now, and I've had no discomfort or issues at all. I would highly recommend this office to anyone considering LASIK. Such a great experience from beginning to end!

They damaged my glasses when I went in for my consultation. Scratched both lenses. The glasses are unusable and the person that damaged them admitted that the machine did the damage yet they are refusing to replace my month old glasses. They said they can only compensate me $75 for the glasses I paid $275 for in November. If they can be this careless and uncaring with your glasses and their customer base can you really trust them with your eyes?

Simple amazing. My husband has wanted this done for a very long time. I finally called on Thursday and they set up a consultation that day. He was suppose to go in the following Monday to see off he qualified for lasik. We got a call Thursday and they said if he is a lasik candidate we can do the surgery the same day since you live over an hour away. There was amazing all questions answered. We went in at 300 and left by 515 with the surgery completed . Got to watch the procedure that took 7 minutes and 48 seconds via TV. From start to finish what a great experience..,
