Dr. Carin LaCount and her staff were very helpful. I received trial contacts that were giving me some problem. They made it quick and painless to get my contacts switched to another brand that fit much better. Thank y'all so much for your help!

I called around several eye doctors and none were able to see my son same day for an emergency evaluation, except this office. They fit him in their schedule despite it being a Saturday. I'm so grateful they were able to see him and prescribe the necessary treatment to make him feel better. The staff is friendly and patient. Dr. Choe was the sweetest and very thorough. I definitely recommend this office for any eye needs. They are great with kids!

Let me be clear, businesses are successful because of the people that operate them. Although I'm reviewing a company, I'm really reviewing the 3 people in the office and how well they the executed the company's playbook. I was wowed and surprised by my experience at Master Eye Associates. Specifically, Dr Carin LaCount and the two associates working with her Tuesday morning Nov 11th, 2025. I was biased and expected to have less than a 5 star experience because of the office's location - right next to I35 in Austin. The attention to detail and the explanations of how we were going to approach my specific situation were fantastic and went well beyond the experience with my first optometry consultant. As long as Dr Carin and the experience stay the same or improves, I'll be using and recommending Master Eye Associates to everyone I know! Update: I went to Visionworks originally by mistake since they are right next door to each other, and Master Eye Associates doesn't have a sign with their name on it. Their large sign simply says "Optometrist." I've attached a picture highlighting the location. Don't judge the book by it's lack of a distinc cover, or you might miss a fantastic eye-opening experience! (pun intended)

Honestly I don't think I have that many words other than I recommend their service. One of the managers were training and was willing to work with me over the amount of different frames there were. I finally settled on one and they were transparent about everything that is included and not. Great service would recommend. The store is wonderful and clean. Ask for recommendations and don't be afraid to utilize their knowledge base. They are knowledgeable and smart individuals that can help you find the right pair of glasses.

Dr. LaCount is an excellent eye doctor! She's incredibly thorough and a great communicator. She corrected a long-term astigmatism issue and helped me finally get rid of my dry eye. The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful and kind, making my entire visit seamless and pleasant. It's amazing what a good eye doctor and a great team can do! I highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch eye care.

The staff were thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. The optometrist really explained things and made important corrections to my current prescription. Even as the last patient if the day, they were patient and helpful.

I don't appreciate multiple texts pushing me to set up my annual appointment, and finally a text saying my appointment has been set up, when I NEVER CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. It then says my appointment was set based on last year and that I need to call to confirm it. Very pushing manipulative tactics. Definitely not going back.
