MOSCOT Austin Shop

Stopped in here while doing some shopping along South Congress. It was my 1st time in a Moscot store, and I liked the set up allowing for easy browsing and trying on the different frames. Laurence welcomed me in, then allowed me space to peruse. After trying on many, I found a pair of glasses I thought I liked best. I asked Laurence's recommendation on anything else I should consider. Laurence picked out 2 pairs for me to try that I liked even better than what I had picked out myself! I ended up purchasing one of the pairs he suggested. It was apparent he had an eye for what would look best with my face structure and hair color. I love my new glasses, they are different than any others I have owned and I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you Laurence for the help & elevating my experience!

Moscot has some of the best styles out there, a perfect mix of classic and modern designs. The quality is top-tier, and there were so many great options to choose from. Huge shoutout to Joey Enriquez for the outstanding service. He took the time to walk me through different styles, gave honest recommendations, and made sure I left with the best pair for me. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I've had. If you live in Austin, make sure you check them out! Happy New Year Moscot!

I've been wearing Moscot frames and RX lenses for years and was thrilled when they added a brick and mortar store on Congress. I've stopped by many a time to see new frames or have my current ones adjusted from daily wear. The staff has always been wonderfully kind and more than generous with their time and attention. I recently had LASIK so I decided to have my frames converted to sunglasses. When they arrived back at the Austin store I was called and said they weren't pleased with how the lenses fit in the frame, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent them back to be cut again. I was able to pick them up today and Joey even took the time to polish my frames back to their original glorious shine. I can't say enough great things about the quality of the frames and lenses and human interactions I've experienced with Moscot.

Bought my first pair of glasses. And was very nervous Laurence welcomed me in and took his time to help me out and was very patient/my questions and concerns. Cant wait until my glasses are ready to take home so I will be able to see properly !

Stopped by Moscot in Austin and had an awesome experience with Joey. He was super easy to talk to, really knew his stuff, and made picking out glasses way more fun than I expected. He helped me find the perfect pair and made sure the fit was spot on. The store itself has a great vibe and a cool selection, but Joey's customer service really made the visit stand out. Definitely recommend checking this place out and asking for Joey!

Very disappointing experience. When we walked in on Dec 27, 2025, two employees were present and neither acknowledged or greeted us at all. There's a plaque in the shop that literally says to ask staff about sizes, so we did, and the female employee responded with "I don't know, we don't have sizes," then went right back to arranging frames on the shelves without offering any help. What stood out most was that while we were ignored and dismissed, white customers who entered after us were immediately acknowledged and assisted. Reading others' reviews of this shop, it seems like this could be a pattern of such behavior. What a stain on this brand. Unfortunately, this experience ensured we won't be returning.

I have 4 pairs of Mott glasses but don't live near a store to make adjustments etc SO I always stop in when I am in Austin. Lawrence and Taylor are super helpful and professional. A great eye glass experience!!!

Great experience and good times. Chandler rocked. She was incredibly helpful and HONEST. She helped me to pick out 2 amazing pairs of sunglasses that are cooler (aka sexier) than my old Ray Bans, but not so trendy that they will be timeless. I'm a Moscot girl now- thanks to Chandler.
