What a phenomenal experience!!! Great team that's knowledgeable, professional and personable. From the dynamic receptionist's warm welcome to highly experienced Manager Jason's amazing spirit that makes the visit productive and fun, to Dr Kozlowski's thorough exam! He's attentive, very knowledgeable and caring. Then there's optician Terry...calming presence, knowledgeable, detailed....I love this team! What an unforgettable experience! I came in because my glasses had broken! The service was fast and friendly. Jason was the one who helped and the words I can use to best describe him are extraordinarily hospitable, friendly, and understanding. It was the best service!!

While Dr. Kennedy, Jason and Terry at the Angus Rd. facility are EXCELLENT in patient care and customer service, the lab making the lenses is ABOMINABLE! Both my wife and I ordered replacement lenses 5-1/2 weeks ago, both of our lenses had to be returned to the lab THREE TIMES EACH because they were not the correct shape for our frames. We will continue seeing Dr. Kennedy, but most likely will not order lenses there any more.

In Austin for a weekend trip and my husband forgot to pack contacts. Jason was very kind and helped find some samples to give him so that he can see again and enjoy the city. Saved our trip and our Valentine's Day. Thank you, Jason!!!

Dr. Kozlowski and Terry are both so wonderful! They always are so positive, take their time to explain things clearly, and make the entire process of getting glasses or contacts so easy. I always leave feeling confident in my care and grateful for the care I receive. I recommend them highly! :)

Jason was the best! Helped me understand my insurance, which I had never understood when purchasing through different eye care facilities! He was kind as well!

I've been to a lot of eye places over the years, but this location has by far provided the best service I've ever received. I recently broke my glasses and tried to get them repaired elsewhere, but they ended up making it worse. Thankfully, Jason was incredibly patient and helpful, walking me through the process of finding new frames and ordering new ones. He was able to give me a temporary pair of glasses until then. The staff here genuinely cares about their customers, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for great service and quality care!

I've been going to various MyEyeDr. locations for the past five or so years. Though I've never had a bad experience at any other location, I love this specific location more than any other. Dr. Kozlowski is very kind and personable. The person I look forward to seeing the most though is Terry - Terry is a knowledgeable optician with an infectious zest for life. I can tell he cares a great deal about not only his customers and their satisfaction, but about vision care and eyeglasses as well. I hope his colleagues realize how integral he is to this practice. Honestly, if you're HR and you're reading this, at least give Terry a raise!
