Dr. Vincent and his staff, John, Odalys and Angie. Are very welcoming and very through. I have been comming to Dr. Vincent since he started his practice and I have always been treated like family. I've had eye exams every year for the past 15 years so I know the difference between a good one and a bad one and this one at this location with Dr. Chen has been the worst by far. She didn't do a thorough exam and seemed to brush off concerns I had over the prescription SHE THOUGHT best for me, even though I had voiced that I still couldn't see well with the one she chose. I walked away feeling unheard and wrongfully prescribed. I have no confidence in this location and will not be returning for another appointment again. The only reason I am giving a star at all (other than not being able to not put a star) is because how sweet the front of house staff were. They were lovely, I'd say the only redeeming quality of the practice.

My experience was awesome. JOHN was exceptionally helpful. He really went the extra mile to make my appointment for the eye Specialist. May he continue to show great customer service . Blessings.

This is my second time visiting My EYE Dr. and they never fail at giving me a Caring and Customer Friendly experience. I'm not exaggerating when I say Everyone from John at the front desk to the eye exam, to picking the right frame was a smooth and customer friendly experience. Odalys helped me choose my frames the first visit, and I had the pleasure of her assisting me with this visit as well. She is amazing at making you feel comfortable and I am always greeted with her Beautiful smile. Odalys exceeds expectations when it comes to Customer Service. It's really nice when people care and pay close attention to detail. Odalys knew my style and made finding the right frames effortless. My spouse and I went in for annual eye exams and to get new glasses. We are extremely happy with the service and care that we received from the doctor and staff. The office was extremely clean and they have brand new eye testing equipment as well as a giant sterilizer for frames that are tried on by clients. Both the doctor and staff member that was there helped us pick our frames and made recommendations based on what they knew about the product. The employee responsible for ordering glasses wasn't there that day but called us when they said she would. She even gave me an additional discount off the cost of our frames for having to wait for her to call. We are also very grateful that they offered appointments later in the afternoon, which was difficult to find. Today our glasses came and we love them. Thank you!

Staff is really friendly. They really made me feel comfortable. Dr. Vincent took his time answering all my questions and concerns. Odalys is very knowledgeable and has always been able to explain everything at check out, from my insurance coverage to inquire on my overall experience. They truly care and try to help you and are not pushy at all. Would totally recommend them.

I highly recommend this location for your eyecare needs. My girlfriend and I have been coming here since our very first pairs of glasses with Dr. Vincent many years ago, and we have always had an ideal experience. All of the staff we have interacted with were always extremely friendly and took great care of us. They have consistently provided the type of care and service that keeps us coming back. I recently went in to discuss an old payment issue that I didn't notice for a very long time (my fault) and they were willing to work with me to provide a resolution that exceeded my expectations. That is not something that is super common these days, and I really appreciated the efforts.
