Destinee, Ludie, and the entire staff were extremely accommodating. Friendly and kind from the moment I walked in to the second I left. Dr. Sjodahl was clear and informative, and gave me some solid knowledge and advice. Just moved to Austin and will be making this the place I go for my eye exams.

Always great staff! Has Optimap, nice selection of frames and deals. The office is nice enough though I do wish they buttoned it up a bit more as I'd been a customer of the previous owners which had done a beautiful job with the location.

Destinee was very helpful with selecting my frames. I'm a bit picky especially with glasses, so the patience was appreciated. The eye exam portion was very quick and informative as well!

Destiny helped my wife find their new glasses! She took the time to walk us through loads of frames, fit the glasses perfectly, and helped us figure out how to make our (lousy) insurance work with their new glasses. Everyone else was great. Destiny rules!

I've always had great care from Dr. S and the kind folks in this office. They are very knowledgeable and fun. It's a pleasure to go for my yearly exam and the glasses I've gotten there are top notch.

I thought I had a really nice first visit, but when I attempted to get my Rx emailed to me, I received the runaround and pushback from them front office staff. Not only that they were going to call me back with a selection of frames, never did. 2 weeks later with a firm phone call, I finally receive a PDF Rx without the Drs signature and only the glasses, not my the contacts. I repeated myself multiple times and sent an email request for the correct contacts Rx. The front office staff offered the worst attitude. How dare I go to a Dr and ask for my Rx after I've paid for it! Shame on me for such outrageous expectations. The front office staff said "So sorry we did not live up to your expectations, we have been busy". like what?? Is it not normal to give the patient a Rx after they've paid for the visit? I waited 2 weeks for the Rx, talk about patient.

I have been random eye issues and I got seen so quickly. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great visit.

Dr. Sjodahl and his staff is amazing! This was my first time visiting Dr eyes and when I say an old school Dr.... They have me seeing like I have 20/20 vision again. THANKS YOU ALL
