Everything was amazing! From check in, to the nurses to the doctor! The nurses kept checking in on me because they were a bit behind and they checked in on me every few minutes to update me and make sure I was ok. And the doctor was wonderful, she really listened and took her time with me, and made sure every question and worry was taken care of before I left. I'm really glad my step dad recommended this place to me, I will definitely come back for my next appointment!

The staff at Northwest hills Eye Care has always been very helpful and efficient. And in this case just a few days ago I had my annual check up and I had just about run out of my contacts for my left eye. They were so kind, they were able to find some some sample lenses for my left eye that are very close to my normal prescription and will "tide me over" with the samples until my permanent lenses come in. I really appreciate their help in this situation.

Brooke is absolutely amazing. She's not only helpful, She's knowledgeable and cares and in a today's customer service world these are rare talents. The facilitie is awesome. Also, we've had nothing but good experiences. This is where my three year old daughter gets her glasses. Highly recommended for kids. Tomato is a manufacturer of kids frames. I highly recommend them also. But the reason we continue to do business with this eye care center is because of Brooke.

First visit here and it was great! I will be permanently coming here going forward. Prompt, thorough and friendly. I felt heard and like they were providing me excellent care that included my input.
