I've been visiting here for the past 3 years for my daughter's annual checkups and always receive wonderful care. Dr. Yesha Sharma is friendly, professional, and takes the time to provide thorough examinations. She patiently answers all my questions. The overall experience has always been comfortable and reassuring.
I had an excellent experience at Parmer Eye Care with Dr. Lemanski. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and patient-focused care was outstanding. Dr. Lemanski took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health, answer all questions, and ensure I understood my vision and prescription options. I left feeling informed, confident, and well cared for. Highly recommended.
Fantastic Staff from the moment I walked into the door. Excellent technician and Dr. Lemanski provides an in-depth analysis and explanation of my eye-heath, options while considering my unique situation and preferences. Great selection of frames and options which always exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend Parmer Eye Care! I've been a client for over 30 years, so I guess that says something.
Wonderful experience. I did have to wait for a while once roomed, then they moved me to another room where I waited another 10-15 mins for the doctor. Thankfully, I wasn't pressed for time and most good doctors are worth the wait. Everything A-Z was thorough, warm, honest, and professional. They also gave me more information than I'd had before during a routine eye exam. I also learned they specialize in dry eyes, which is aparently a rare find. I especially enjoyed Maria helping me pick out some frames for computer glasses at the end. Maria was straightforward and I could tell everyone there really enjoys their job and are very knowledgable in what they do.
I had a fantastic experience at Parmer Eye Care! The facility is spotless and equipped with the latest technology, which really makes the whole process smooth and efficient. They also have a great selection of glasses to choose from right after the exam, which is super convenient.
A special shoutout to Dr. Yesha Sharma for her thoroughness and attention to detail. During my exam, my right eye seemed slightly worse compared to last year. Instead of letting it slide, she spent an extra 15 minutes investigating. She realized that last year's exam was done in a different room with slightly better fonts, so she took me back to the same room for consistency. Turns out, my right eye could still read the last line just like last year! Her dedication gave me complete confidence in the results.
Highly recommend Parmer Eye Care for anyone looking for exceptional care and service!
I would not recommend. The front desk is very disorganized and the way they operate seems to be centered around trying to maximize profit over customer care and attention. After years of going here, I'm looking for a new eye care physician.
The final straw came on a Monday. I had been to see Dr Lemanski the previous week. When I scheduled my appointment, I texted in the morning of the appointment to confirm that nothing had changed. No response. I called and left voicemail. No callback. So I went, hoping there'd been no changes. Thank goodness there were not. The physicians I interacted with were quite professional and thorough, although I thought it a bit odd that an eye clinic wouldn't have an eye patch available. There was a follow-up the next week, Monday.
Something came up that required that I reschedule. I called early in the morning, five hours prior to my visit. I was called back immediately and informed that I would be charged $100 for not giving them 24-hour notice of my cancellation. Was I expected to call on Sunday, when they were closed? Ridiculous. The front desk person backed off when I confronted her with the logic of my argument, but as far as I'm concerned, the damage had been done. Treating a customer this way, one that has been overcharged for a co-pay of $40 to begin with, seemed a very the top and unnecessary. This is a very mercenary, grasping medical practice. Be prepared if you decide to have a consultation.
Today was my first time coming into Parmer Eye Care and it was an excellent experience! I came in for a Eye Exam and was fitted for contact lenses and left very satisfied with my time there and how excellent the staff treated me from start to finish! They answered all my questions and also were very informative about what was being done and different options for contacts and how they are broken down. I'm very excited to continue services with Parmer Eye Care!
I would not recommend this place. Similar to another review I read, my experience was very unprofessional and disorganized. The assistants that do the preliminary testing are not at all attentive to the patient and questions that I had. I wanted to opt out of the retinal imaging because I have never had one done for a routine eye exam which is what I was there for. They were very insistent on doing retinal imaging of my eye even though I was expressly uncomfortable due to my dry eyes and astigmatism. Later when talking to my husband, I found out that his retinal imaging experience was much different than mine. His was a laser scanning across the eye quickly where as this place's machine had a GIANT white light that was so bright I couldn't keep my eyes open. Yet they continued trying over and over. When asking for other options, the assistant said it was needed but then after almost 4 tries of the imaging, I finally asked if I could opt out of it and she said I could speak to the doctor. It definitely feels like they are trying to maximize their profit and bill to your insurance whatever extra services they can.
