I had a great experience from beginning to end at Premier Eye Care. I felt that each staff member took their jobs seriously and spent more than the expected amount of time with me. I was especially appreciative of Aaron's knowledge and professionalism while choosing new frames in their optical department. I LOVE my new glasses - thanks, Aaron! :) I will return to Premier for my next exam.

BUYERS BEWARE of this optical shop and the optician with the name Aaron. My father (70 yrs old) went and had an eye exam and afterwards was directed to the optical shop to pick out new glasses. He was directed to a Rayban frame and sold lenses that were the most expensive progressive (no line), transitions(turn into sunglasses), polycarbonate(lens material) all for a WHOPPING price of $850.00!! (This is with a 15% discount) And don't forget to include the $170.00 exam! Nothing was explained to my father that he had options for a less expensive option or even the option to take the prescription elsewhere. He felt taken advantage of so MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE you walk out of this place because it will not be offered to you. And ALL SALES ARE FINAL even if you don't understand the optical lingo!

My husband and I have had Dr. Brent as our ophthalmologist and we are pleased. My husband's first visit resulted in an extensive examination and the identification of glaucoma. Dr. Brent also recommended an excellent cataract surgeon.
We are thankful for Dr. Brent's expertise and genuine care for his patients. We recommend this caring team of doctors, staff, and the in-office glasses shop. Eric was helpful and knew my insurance well. They are top notch!

Dr. McCluskey and her staff have always been attentive and caring and have done their very best to work with our schedules for both regular eye exams and ophthalmic emergencies.

Dr. Brent just up and left the practice. No notice received. Maybe it was a normal retirement or change of interest, but I was never notified until I called to schedule my annual eye exam. Best practice should be to warn patients of impending departure.

I recently had an experience at the office that compelled me to share my feedback. Unfortunately, my encounter with the front desk personnel, Leah, was disappointing. Leah's demeanor was consistently rude, unwelcoming, and disrespectful, creating an unprofessional atmosphere.
Moreover, it appears that there might be a lack of awareness or training regarding HIPAA compliance within the office. Privacy and confidentiality are crucial in a healthcare setting, and it's concerning to observe any lapses in knowledge regarding such matters.
The overall ambiance at the front desk was far from welcoming; the staff seemed to treat visitors as if they were an inconvenience. A more customer-centric approach and improved professionalism would significantly enhance the experience for patients.
I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism, and I trust that the necessary steps will be taken to address these issues for the benefit of both the staff and the patients.

Great, helpful staff. Doctor took her time being thorough. Provided in depth analysis on eye health and its relationship to overall health. The staff gave plenty of options for glasses. It had been a couple years since I got in and once the glasses arrive I'll be seeing much better.

As a high school student I worked at an eye doctor's office every summer. My main job was to verify insurance. Despite all the customer service phone lines, I did this well. When patients insurance wasn't valid a red flag would go up and we would call them immediately. I guess this is why I thought this office would have done the same for me.
Unfortunately, that isn't the case here. The woman working the front desk doesn't have many bedside manners. Sure, she complimented my jean jacket but every time I've gone to that office, she is always in a grumpy mood and doesn't seem like she enjoys her job.
I understand that these are trying times for a lot of folks given the whole pandemic thing, but when there are many eye doctor's out there (don't worry! I already found a new office to go to later today after being turned away by Premier Eye Care), it's vital that these doctor's have employees who make patients feel welcomed.
