Great experience at Ranch Road Vision Source! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process really easy. My husband helped me pick out my frames and the team there was great about letting me try different styles until we found the perfect pair. Really appreciate the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This was one of the most pleasant doctor's visits I've ever had. It was an efficient, and comfortable experience. The doctors and staff are both knowledgeable and precise but patient with the process of an eye exam --something you'd expect from an optometrist but not always find. Highly recommend !!!!

From the start they were incredibly courteous, helpful and professional. It's been 20yrs since I've had an eye exam so to say things have changed would be a massive understatement. They had a thorough set of eye/retinal imaging equipment, far exceeding the "please cover one eye and read line 2". I think the biggest concern I had going in was that the eye exam was going to be more of a setup to a sales pitch to buy high end glasses. But it was the exact opposite. Dr Ali was incredibly patient and kind as she listened to my questions and provided a thorough and insightful answer in turn. Then when I asked if I would be able to purchase my glasses today she directed me to the store front and told me that's their department. She was there to serve as my doctor and my doctor only. I literally didn't have to wait even a minute to get called to the back and receive my exam like I'd do at any other doctor's office. In short, I sincerely had an incredible experience and would (and will) recommend them to anybody in need of an optometrist/eye exam. I've been in contacts since I was 12, so I've been to many many optometrist offices over the last 35+ years. This was hands down the single best experience I've ever had with one. From being so warmly greeted when I walked in the door, to the moment I left there, I was listened to, cared about, and the evidence of how they were genuinely concerned with helping me with the problem I was having was evident the entire way through. Highly recommend and already made an appointment for my husband. Don't waste time with the big box places, this team was phenomenal!!! Thank you so much to the entire team and my eyes feel so much better!

I've been coming to Ranch Road Vision Source for the last 4-5 years. I'm always pleasantly surprised how state of the art their equipment is. No more puffs of air shot into your eyes from old school optometry offices - something I used to dread. It's such a seamless appointment experience and the entire team plus Dr. Ali are just amazing. I can't recommend them enough for anyone looking for a new optometrist!

Friendly, professional, and thorough. They really take their time with their patients and explain the options carefully and well. They are extremely receptive to questions and ask great ones in return.

Dr. Ali is always so patient and careful. She explains everything in detail and is never in a rush. She even phoned me in the evening to be sure I fully understood my prescription. She's so thorough and kind. I highly recommend this Vision practice.
