Reed Optometry

Saw Dr Rudy today he was covering for Dr Reed. Took my whole family to get prescriptions updated. The worst etiquette, impatient optometrist we have ever met. Seems like he is in the wrong profession. If i could give negative stars, i would have given him a -10. Will not go there again Dr Reed you lost our business for next time due to Rudy's (i don't want to give him the respect of calling him a doctor) rude behavior. At one point working with my 5 year old he said the F word in front of me my child and my wife just because he was a bit fidgety. That is unacceptable for any health professional.... Just plain wrong.... In my opinion he should be fired...

Dr Scott and reception/staff were nice, insightful, and efficient. Was in and out in less than 20 min for an eye exam/contact lens fitting

The staff were great. Pleasant and friendly. Dr Hruby Scott. Not so much. The first thing he said to me after introducing himself was. What is that all over your face? I was surprised by the question and thought to myself, makeup? Then it dawned on me. He was pointing out my rosacea. So I said, I have rosacea. He responded with, THATS rosacea! I thought it was just red spots. Thanks for making me feel like a circus freak doc. Then he went through the exam at record speed. Which looks better, one or two, one or two. Problem was, he was flipping lenses back and forth so quickly that it was hard to choose. He mumbled that, I can't make choices and he didn't know how he was going to help me. In the end he said. I'm going to write you a prescription. You're not good at making choices. I had to ask if I was supposed to wear the glasses all the time or not. No, just when driving at nighttime. Have a great day. I walked out of there feeling like some surfer dude just impersonated an optometrist. Cowabunga dude, gnarly!

Dr. Reed is excellent, accurate, and professional. He has been examining our eyes and writing prescriptions for us for years. It finally occurred to me to write a review.

Dr Reed is awesome! I've been going to him for 3 years now and I couldn't be happier. I love being able to book online although he does take walks. With a clean facility and friendly welcoming staff Dr Reed will have a life long patient.

Dr.Reed was amazing! We were a walk in to get a prescription for my 10yr old and were in and out in what seemed like less then 30 minutes. Cynthia was at the front desk and she was super helpful with getting our insurance information (new provider). My mother came along for the ride and was so impressed that she decided to see him as well!

Dr. Hruby Scott , took my sister and mother eye exam and they were very unhappy with the service. He was mistreating my mother because she spoke Spanish and had a hard time understanding and Dr.Scott would get frustrated with her and said "I don't know how to help you" with a worthless attitude. He made my sister feel uncomfortable asking about her age and expecting my mother to leave the room when he was going to do her eye exam. Overall Reed optometry is a great place to go for your eye exam just don't have your service with Dr. Scott.

As soon as I walked in the door, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The exam was fairly quick and thorough. The options for glasses were great and the place was so clean. I plan on getting another pair of glasses and getting contacts from here soon.
