I had an amazing experience at Resolution Eye Care. The front desk ladies treated me with so much kindness and made sure I felt completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took my glasses to the back and fixed them right away without any hesitation and they didn't even charge me.
Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. They even offered me water while I waited. The atmosphere of the clinic is very clean, comforting, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients.
I highly recommend Resolution EyeCare to anyone in need of eye care, eye exams, or glasses repair. Exceptional service and truly wonderful people.

Dr. Zhu was amazing, she was very thorough and patient. I haven't had an eye exam in years and didn't know what to expect. I've been seeing an eye doctor annually since I was 15 years old! And this visit for my eye contact lenses was one of the most thorough exam I've had in years since a former doctor of mine. I presumed my eyes hadn't changed prescription for a few years, but I just haven't been examined close enough. So I very much appreciate the time and attentiveness! I also spoke about some dryness and had some great conversations about returning to take a closer look at the health of my eyes. I even received some feedback and important information I wasn't privy to prior as someone who routinely adds eyelash extension to my eyes. And then lastly, I was given a multitude of options for glassware that adhered to my lifestyle. Their recommendations and feedback over my insurance options was also greatly appreciated. I love when doctors have transparency and honesty. As I shared overall a very thoughtful experience and feel very content that I have found a clinic and doctor I can visit consistently and happily again!

Resolution Eyecare has been a great eye care provider since I started coming here! Dr. Kelly Zhu takes such great care of her patients and is very thoughtful when I'm expressing concerns. Dr. Zhu and he whole staff were so patient with me as I learned how to put in contacts for the first time which I appreciated. For my chronic dry eyes, Dr. Zhu referred me to Dr. Shawn Matsumoto and he was equally as knowledgeable and provided explanations that were easy to understand. I recommend Resolution Eyecare to anyone who's looking for thoughtful eyecare across the board!

Few years coming here to take eyes exam. Very friendly staff, professional care and good recommendations. Last year I had care from Dr Justin and this year Dr Kelly. Both are amazing professionals. And they accepting different insurance carries, what is very good. Plus transparent and predictable billing.
Also lobby staff very friendly and helpful. I looked for compatible fishing line for my semi-rim Nike glasses last few months after my son step on them... now it's solved with their help!!! Fishing line fit perfectly and glasses came to original condition. One glass fall out was my time-to-time problem a while.
So they are solving problems even not directly related to them. They deserve only that type of feedback.

My mom and I were in dire need of eye exams, and we're so glad we found this practice! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they truly made us feel at home. We were both seen by Dr. Zhu, who was thorough, respectful, and resourceful. Brenda and Cara were also wonderful. My mom is mostly Spanish-speaking, and Brenda and Dr. Zhu made her feel heard and comfortable throughout the entire visit. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we absolutely plan to return for our regular eye exams!
