Laurine (if I recall correctly) was very thorough with the pre-exam, and Dr. Justine Hung took the time to explain everything and teach me how to put in and take out the lenses. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and everything was explained clearly throughout the exam and fitting.
Loraine took care of me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She made sure I understood each step and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out.

I recently switched to this clinic for my vision care and I really like it so far! Getting an appointment here isn't a hassle. The ladies that work there are so sweet and helpful. I really like the eye doctor there as well. She's warm and informative. She explains things in a way that's easy to understand and she takes time to answer questions. The clinic itself is very nice, modern, and clean inside. Also my contacts came in pretty quick lol, which was nice. Highly recommend!

Pediatric Eye test on 29th Dec '25 - Dr.Kelly Zhu was very professional & lovable Specially when she had to treat my 4 year old Son. She spent enough time , no rush explained every probability about eye sight in such a young age. clearly discussed & took a necessary Scan after explaining the charges . She got his glasses changed. The front desk staff were good too . Finding appointment was easy.

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Resolution has all the latest tech equipment and I was able to have a comprehensive eye exam without having my eyes dilated which was great. My exam was performed by Dr. Zhu who is wonderful. She is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She thoroughly explained each part of the exam.
