I have been under the care of Dr. Saradha Chexal, my retina specialist, since October 2024, when I was diagnosed with a macular pucker.
Dr. Chexal carefully evaluated my condition and thoroughly explained the macular pucker to me. She answered all my questions and helped me understand the surgery she recommended, which made me feel confident and calm before the operation.
Dr. Chexal successfully performed the surgery on my eye in November 2024. From the initial diagnosis, surgery, to my current follow-up appointments, I have had an excellent experience, and I am grateful to report that my vision has significantly improved since then. Her follow-up care has been very professional and helpful. I also had a positive experience at the Retina Consultants' office, where the staff were consistently friendly. I highly recommend all of Doctor Chexal's assistants for their support and assistance.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Jhaveri. I got there alittle early and I was taken back within five minutes. I saw two different girls for two different tests and was put in a room to see the doctor and he came into the room right away. Dr. Jhaveri was very thorough and took his time with me. Asked me if I had any questions, and shook my hand before he went to his next appointment. I really liked him and he was very personable.

I was not happy with the situation, she did not address what I was feeling, I told her my eyes were so tired, never addressed that, I told her I had gel coming out, never addressed how to stop the gel.
She kept asking about all the doctors that I had seen and she just stopped everything there and that's all she cared about and told me that I had a great team of Doctors.
