Dr. Wong is very personable, spent time in exam, answered my multiple questions and made sure I understood before leaving, provided me with a printed copy of my visit. I highly recommend him.
Robert Wong, MD is a very fine man. He is very competent, sharp, confident and skilled. He is also conservative in his trade, is willing to wait vs rushing into things. He's also very considerate and kind. He has taken great care of my father after a less than optimal cataract procedure at another clinic. We put our faith in Dr. Robert Wong and he delivered, helping to restore my dads vision. "You can't go wrong with Robert Wong!"
Also.. the entire staff, from the front office ie scheduling, the medical techs and even the surgical center staff... everyone surrounding Dr. Robert Wong has been outstanding: smart, kind, good communicators!
Dr. Wong is an excellent doctor. He is witty, confident, very sharp in his practice. Dr. Wong actively listens to your concerns and gives you feedback. It doesn't get better than that, he is an all around great doctor.
Dr. Wong was great. My dismal rating comes from my 3 1/2 hour wait time. I arrived at 10:00 for a 10:30 appointment. I finally walked out at 1:30. A patient's time is as valuable as the doctor's. No communication from reception staff. Except for "sorry about that!"
Dr Wong is Great. He is very thorough and explains what your condition is. As far as the doctor and staff- Excellent! My only concern is the length of time it takes to complete the visit which ranges from 1 hour to sometimes more than 90 minutes.
I was referred to Austin Retna for a second opinion on a defect my optometrist detected and Dr. Wong helped address my concerns regarding what my optometrist and his team found. The staff was excellent and Dr. Wong was very informative. He tried to help me save money on glasses which was appreciated but Zenni is pretty affordable and I wanted the bells and whistles for my prescription lenses
I have been going to see Dr. Wong for my eyes for some years now. He is the best I love him and his staff they really care about you. They take there time to make sure your ok. I can never see any other Eye Dr. there office is always clean they make sure they have the right information on you and keep you safe and make sure you get the right treatment. Love love always the best I've told family and friends about him and his staff.
