Phoning in and setting up my appointment was great. The staff was polite , helpful and generous with the time to begin the process of the cataract appointment . I ended up having to cancel and then reschedule . I got in the day I called to reschedule . I had already filled out the paperwork, so everything went easy the day I got to the office. The person doing my eye testing was great, and then I was able to see Dr.Wong and decisions were made about the replacement lens' for the cataract surgery . The whole process was comfortable and efficient . Can't wait !!!

I went in for a second opinion (actually third) but was so pleased with the efficiency, knowledge, technology, and kindness at this office that I'm switching to Dr Wong to do my cataract surgery. Austin Eye provides high-volume services for eye lens replacement, and they do it extremely well. Their processes are very efficient, but very humane. Dr. Wang replaced two lenses for a very reasonable fee, and my vision is crystal perfect. The whole staff there is highly competent, but very friendly too! TIP: don't mention you saw them on TV, that annoys them. :)
