BE AWARE: If you have an emergency and really need them, they'll let you go blind. Dr Yousef acts nice and may be knowledgeable but essentially she is rude, contemptuous and extremely greedy. Our family have taken their business elsewhere after Dr Yousef and her incompetent front desk jeopardized my husband's ultra delicate eye treatment. Very disappointing but above all insane how irresponsible they can be with their patients. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere where they don't see you as a dollar sign and genuinely care about your health.

Wow! The service, knowledge and hospitality of Dr. Delilah and her team is off the charts good. If the whole health care industry took this approach, we would be at the top of the world. Great job!!!

Both my mom and I have seen Dr. Delilah Yousef. She is the most kind, patient doctor who is caring and listens. My mom had an emergency where she was in a lot of pain and Dr. Yousef quickly addressed the problem knowing exactly what to do and helping her to get comfort quickly. She is the BEST!

My wife was having a sudden loss of her vision in her right eye. She called me, panicking, to come pick her up because she was stopped on the side of the road thinking she was going blind! We came to Southwest Vision to see Dr. Neiman who did a thorough exam, took pictures of the back of her eye, and asked a lot of questions about what was happening. Although my wife was freaking out, Dr. Neiman was able to keep her calm and was able to come up with a definitive diagnosis and explain it to us in easy to understand terms. It turns out it was called an ocular migraine due to high stress. It's crazy what the body can do! But we will definitely be coming back to see him again. His bedside manner is second to none and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable too, especially the technician Tiffany. A++++ team and facility.

I was a walk in appointment maker, having just gotten on a new insurance. I have never had vision insurance before and I was paying for the cheapest one! I asked how much the appointment would cost and made an appointment a little further out. I was dissuaded by the reviews but when I called again, I spoke with Kassie and she dug into my insurance. We found out (me by calling my insurance personally and her by ALSO calling my insurance) that my insurance just sucked! I assume that's the case with many of the negative reviews regarding insurance. Go figure. I kept the appointment and I'm really glad I did. Everyone is so helpful and kind, clearly they love their jobs. Dr. Eaton is super smart and friendly and walked me through the process and I learned quite a bit! The contacts prescription appointment was affordable, and I shopped around to make sure that I was getting the right price for a contacts appointment, it was! The team here is attentive, affordable but most importantly, they take your eye health very seriously.

Super happy with my experience at Southwest Vision. Dr. Lauren Eaton came highly recommended and I now know why! I had an eyelash stuck in my eye and she was so attentive and sweet. Will definitely be back!

I love these people!! They have taken care of our family's visual needs since 1993. They are the best professionally and so kind and helpful! We moved out of Austin but will continue to drive here for their excellent care. With my history of concussions and migraines, they have met my specific needs when no one else could! I especially recommend Vicki and Lynn over all these years with Dr. DeWolfe until his retirement. And, I also highly recommend all the staff, Drs. Eaton, Yousef, and Neiman, as well as Kassie, Charis, and Salina.

Courtney was amazing, her and all the other staffers and doctors made me and my kids feel welcome and at home. She had patience and understanding with my fear of the pressure test. Then they all pitched in to help us pick out awesome new glasses... despite my not wanting them. I will def be returning for future optical appointments.
