Called ahead to let them know I would be late due to being stuck behind a bus close to the location. Because I was going to be a minute late more than what their "tolerance" was I was forced to reschedule. I usually have a great experience and I get it's my fault I was late and they have a schedule to keep but the lady on the phone was not helpful and had attitude.

Finally an eye doctor that got my prescription right! Working with Dr. Joe, Scott and team, we dialed in my prescription to high resolution vision. They recommended "Eye Zen" over progressives (which I do not need, but kept being told there was no other option). They're using all the latest technology and have a great selection of frames. Friendly and patient staff. Never felt rushed. I am glad to have found my new eye doc!
