Went here a year ago. Cancelled the annual follow up. Two stars because the optometrist was helpful but receptionist was very unpleasant. I know my plan benefits. As someone who works in the medical field its not hard to explain plan benefits that you verified without being rude. When I go to a provider for an appointment I expect respect and professionalism. Especially since I treat everyone with respect and kindness. I won't be going here again. I'm a very understanding person. Money is not/was not an issue here when I wanted to speak about the vision benefits that were verified. The receptionist spoke to me condescendingly with hostility over asking about the Rx for glasses. Very strange.
Heads up- There's a $75 cancellation fee if you cancel the appt in less than 24hour notice. They dont bill patients, they collect upfront so don't forget your wallet.
