Target Optical

Very disappointed in this place. A few days after my appointment I received a voice message saying my contacts were sent back to them in the mail because they got my address wrong and asked me to call back with the correct address and they would overnight ship them. I called back, no answer, I left a message providing my correct address and expecting my contacts to get sent to me in the mail. After a few days I never received them and tried calling them to confirm if they had sent them out or even listened to my voice message. And of course no answer. I waited until that following Monday to call and when I did I still did not get an answer and called them about 15 times before deciding to drive out there. When I got to the store they were not busy at all and I didn't understand why after all my attempts at calling I never got an answer. And when I told her I was picking up my contacts they still had them. So I'm guessing they never even listened to my voice message. Terrible service!!

It's been a while since we've been to this place to buy glasses, glad we came back. The customer service was excellent. They gave good suggestions and were patient with our buying process. Prices are also reasonable.

After having significant issues with both the Target Optical website and one of your competitors, I swung by the South Austin location hoping to get some help. Paul happily assisted, and the contacts I needed were on my doorstep the next day. From now on, the store and Paul will be my first stop instead of my last. Thanks!

We had recently visited LensCrafters at Barton creek mall and had horrible service from the store associate. Right when I walked into target optical we were helped instantly from Reid he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Paul is the man. Guy knows more about eye glasses than most optometrists. You need something done go see Paul he will make sure you get exactly what you need for the best price. If I could I would give 10 stars!
