Tech Ridge Vision

I had a great experience at Tech Ridge Vision. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Lynch was very thorough with the eye exam, and really took the time to explain everything to me. They also have a wide range of great frames. I highly recommend!

I'm updating my original review after being contacted by the owner of the practice. Dr. Lynch reached out promptly, apologized sincerely, and offered to redo my exam at no cost, which I do appreciate. The doctor involved also reached out to me directly with an apology. I was previously a recurring patient at this practice, but after my last appointment a couple of years ago, I did not return. During that visit, I was treated in a way that felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was pressured while trying on contact lenses and, most concerning, was not given my prescription in writing. Instead, it was repeated aloud to me in a sarcastic manner, and when I asked for a pen so I could write it down myself, I was refused. This is not standard practice and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While I appreciate the steps the owner has taken to address my concerns, the initial experience had a lasting impact and kept me from seeking eye care for over two years. For that reason, I will not be returning. Overall this is a great practice that I would overall recommend, I unfortunately just had a poor experience with Dr. Ali.

I love Dr. Lynch and her staff are great. She always provides a detailed exam & answers all my questions. I enjoy my glasses as well. I've been coming here for years and recommend others to give this place a try.

Dr. Ali is great at what she does. Takes the time to explain what is going on with your vision. She also gives good recommendations and is very personable. I've been going to Tech Ridge Vision for years and recommend them to everyone.

I am so impressed by the outstanding care I received during my visit, Dr. Mallory Lynch and the entire team at Tech Ridge Vision are just great. I was able to easily book my appointment online. The visit itself was quick and painless. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming while getting me checked in. Leah did the first part of the visit, she did several tests to see how my eyes are working. She was excellent and explained each test and helped me appreciate all the technology, so that I could really understand what each step was for. After that Dr. Lynch was ready for me immediately and was able to quickly and easily examine my eyes in order to figure out why my vision has been fluctuating in and out of focus lately. Her explanations were clear and made sense. You can tell that she loves what she does. She is very professional, kind and humorous. After having such a positive experience here, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lynch's office to anyone needing eye care. The service was wonderful, thank you so much!

My eye exam went very well. The staff at the office is very nice and friendly. I only waited a few minutes before they took me in for the eye examination which was done by a very nice technician. When she finished the exam, she took me to Dr. Lynch's office for the eye test. Mallory is always very cheerful and friendly. The eye test went well and I completed my eye exam.
