I wasn't happy with the care, results from a bad lazer or Dr Osa. I still cant see good out of my right eye and they seem worse then before I went there. They don't even give you paper work explaining what they did to you for 900 dollars. I would never put anyone in harms way by referring Texan Eye on mopac.

Zero respect for anyone's time. A 2-hour appointment took 4. Cold and crowded waiting room with nothing to eat or drink. I was a driver and they wasted half my day. I am fully aware that delays can happen, but they do nothing to keep people comfortable, and virtually every patient needs someone to drive them. As for the patient, he had not had anything to eat or drink for 15 hours by the time he received his procedure. I won't be coming back here as a patient.

I wanted to share some candid feedback about the check-in process--it was extremely frustrating. The system felt impersonal and inefficient. Despite having multiple team members present and seemingly available, I was left waiting in a queue and asked to re-enter the same information multiple times. It felt like there was no real human connection, which is disappointing--especially when a simple interaction with a staff member could have streamlined everything. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return. I hope you'll consider re-evaluating the process to make it more personal and efficient.

Called to get information on cataract surgery, person that answered had initially no idea what I was talking about. Then she told me there would be multiple appointments and she wasn't sure if the surgery would be on the 2nd or 4th appointment. I had mentioned I would be coming from out of town and she said that would be fine but there would be no way to know when appointments would open or how many appointments would be needed. Personally I would rather work with a company that at least hired people with a semblance of intelligence regarding their services. Then after reading all the one star reviews I am glad to have had this experience. Saved me a bunch of hassle in the long run.

Dr. Walters did cataract surgery on both eyes upon referral of the optometrist I saw. Still in first week of recovery, according to follow-up doc (Walters apparently doesn't do follow-ups) everything is OK. I have no pain or blurred vision. Surgery center they use has great staff, Texan Eye Care not so much. Hour wait before I saw Walters on initial visit. No updates from staff as to when I would be seen. At final follow-up, I asked for copy of letter routinely sent to referring optometrist, the clerk didn't know how to operate the practice's software to provide it. When I finally got the printed info, she handed me papers, I asked for an envelope, "we don't have any." Asked another clerk on the way out and she opened a drawer full. Front desk is more interested in chatting with each other rather than offering excellent customer care. Docs are OK, hope they are better than support staff.

I am editing and raising a previous review. I had several problems retrieving billing statements I needed. Their website would not work and their billing department would not answer the phone. However, I went in person and they were very helpful. Please if you are an owner or executive with Texan Eye, address your website and administrative issues. These challenges tarnish your reputation despite having such good optometrists.

Saw Dr.Kyla,, she was very rude, seemed in a hurry to get me out. Didn't even ask any questions about what had been going on with my eyes. Basically made it seem like I was lying about my eyes. Overall did not do her job. The guy who came in before her was way more helpful and attentive. Won't be going back there. If you hate your job so bad then get a new one.

I was there excellent service from the doctor and the doctor's assistant but when I needed to get glasses from the help there Natalie denied to help me out she said I had a year to come back or go to Walmart she seems like a very disrespectful and uneducated person that shouldn't be in an establishment like this
