TSO on riverside are the best they always go out there way to see and help with any glasses you may have. I got my daughter replacement glasses and also got my Versace glasses fixed that weren't from them personally and got them fixed. They're very nice people and respectful! Thank you ladies. Subject: Feedback Regarding Accessibility and ADA Compliance
Dear TSO Riverside,
Thank you for the opportunity to receive my eye exam today. I appreciate the care provided, and your building is very nice and welcoming.
However, I need to share a serious concern regarding accessibility. I requested an ASL interpreter, either in person or through a remote video interpreting service. My request was refused, and I was told to provide my own interpreter.
As a Deaf patient, effective communication is essential for my medical care. Under the ADA, medical providers are required to provide appropriate communication accommodations. Being asked to supply my own interpreter is not appropriate and does not meet ADA requirements.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve accessibility for future Deaf patients.

got here at 11 for an appt at 11:20 they did one of the machines. 11:30. Still in the lobby waiting on my exam. No explanation no apology no acknowledgement of the fact that they are not operating efficiently or accordingly. Weirdest appt ever. 2 minutes of testing. 58 minutes of waiting. Front desk staff inattentive. It was the weirdest most standoffish appt. I won't come back. Weird.

Mia, Avelina and Yoli worked with me and directly with the Zeiss rep to create the perfect glasses for my demanding needs. They were wonderful! I am very impressed and very grateful to them!

New location is super confusing and dirty. Entrance, lobby, elevator, and stairs riddled with trash, dirt, and construction debris. Front desk staff not welcoming - I was excited to have an eye doctor close to home but will go back to my previous office where I know it's clean and customer service is good.
