I was very impressed by my first visit here today. The depth of her knowledge around allergies and eye dryness was extensive, a lot more than the other eye doctor I have seen in Austin. I didn't even realize there was a solution other than eye drops and I had a treatment done today for my eye glands and am already feeling the results. I have a follow up in a few weeks for another treatment with red light to improve my eye condition to help resolve my chronic dry eye and look forward to seeing even more results. Everyone here was so kind and really took their time to explain things to me in detail. I highly recommend!

I say with no exaggeration that Dr. Yu is the most professional, compassionate and thorough eye doctor I've ever met. I've had several negative experiences in past years with large optometry chains. These clinics usually have a very modern, upscale look that's meant to distract from their lower standard of care. At these places, the bulk of your exam is usually performed by some type of unlicensed technician with only a basic level of training. You're lucky to see an actual doctor for more than 10 minutes and when you do they rush through the exam and try to hurry you out so they can take the next person's money. I once had a doc at one such clinic actually tell me to my face that he wasn't going to dilate me, stating "it takes too long and I need to go to lunch". Dr. Yu, on the other hand, does the majority of the exam herself. She asks lots of questions and offers valuable insights. She is patient and takes the time to make sure you're happy with your lenses. Throughout the exam, Dr. Yu explained what she was doing and why. I feel like Dr. Yu has high standards for herself and her staff and is not simply interested in making money. It's so refreshing to finally discover a true professional after wading through the cesspool of incompetent and apathetic clinicians for years. Now that I've found this clinic, I refuse to go anywhere else.

I am very impressed with Vision Source Austin! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly -- including why each step of the exam was important. I used to go to Baylor Scott & White, but after this visit, I'm switching for good. For the first time, I truly felt like the staff cared about my vision and overall experience. Highly recommend!

This is the first eye dr I've been to that has actually been very thorough with me about my vision prescription and diagnosis. The Dr and staff were very welcoming. I wish my kid's insurance was accepted here so I could have them see her.

I had a wonderful experience with my optometrist, Dr. Davis, today! The entire visit was smooth and professional from start to finish. They were timely, yet never made me feel rushed. The doctor took their time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I really appreciated how attentive they were in helping me understand my eye issues and what steps to take next. It's rare to find such great care and professionalism -- I highly recommend this office to anyone needing eye care!

Dr.Davis and the staff at Vision Source are genuinely remarkable! They never fail to go above and beyond when dealing with a patient and always treat one as family. They're amazing and have patience when explaining, really listening to their patients and any questions one may have. We've been coming here for about a decade since no other place has compared to it.

They had an amazing staff and excellent service. They explained what they were doing & the purpose of each of the equipment. Towards the end I was a goober and caught my brow on a shelf and the staff immediately helped me; cleaned up the cut and got me a bandaid

Dr. Diane Yu Davis is wonderful. She takes the time to really understand your history and make sure you're in the best glasses or contacts. She's knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel cared for. Micky and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. I always leave feeling like they truly know me and treat me like family. Highly recommended.
