Front desk staff is friendly and responsive. It's easy to make and reschedule appointments. Unlike so many places these days, an actual human answers the phone when you call. They're great with kids. My 7 year old asks a LOT of questions and Dr. Thi answers them all patiently.

After 8 years seeing my original optometrist in the Arboretum area he retired at the end-of-August. I was now in need of a new eye doctor that is genuine, family owned, knowledgeable, and caring. A week went by of comparing and contrasting I decided on 'Vision + Eyes'. The business location is 3 minutes from my home and my daily route to work. I scheduled an appointment in advance online - no need to contact the front desk which was nice because I did it a few hours before my visit. Completed my new patient paperwork online and within minutes I which seeing Dr. T. He's very knowledgeable, caring, funny and sweet - all in one package. He's a glaucoma specialist and has worked in rural areas for training. I felt like I made a great choice choosing his business over other optometrist nearby. The office has only been opened for a short time, so it's very new. It has the latest technology and software for a wonderful visual experience. The staff is wonderful and Dr. T greets you as you walk-in the main entry door. There is complementary coffee, tea and water. I am looking forward to my annual eye exams once again! I highly recommend Dr. T and his lovely staff for anyone new to Austin needing a new doctor and/or just searching for an eye doctor!

Dr. T and his staff are awesome. My husband and I both go to this practice and have not been disappointed. So happy we found a neighborhood eye clinic. Thanks Dr. T!

Staff was amazing from my first phone call. Greeted me by name, and I had never been there. Walked me through every step with explicit details, but not like robots, like real caring people. I couldn't wait to go in again to pick up my glasses to see them again. Best part, they even came in quicker than expected. Highly recommend.

Everybody was very friendly and I was able to get in and out quickly. The doctor was great. I believe Dr. T and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me find my first pair of glasses and even though they said it would take 7 to 10 business days. It only took four so that's awesome.

Stopped in because a screw loosened and a lens fell out of my glasses and I can't see without them. The staff charged 10$ to replace a screw. Any other store you walk into would have done it free without any hassle. The minute I told her I didn't buy these from there she kept going on and on about how she wouldn't do it unless we paid for the screw. It took way longer than it should have because of her back and forth, and then we still paid 10$ because I had no other option. It really isn't about the money but just the way the staff handled this. I regret stopping at this store and definitely wouldn't come back to buy glasses from here.

I was overdue for an eye exam and I was able to come see Dr. Nguyen and his wonderful team. They were all kind and professional. The best part was receiving my new prescription glasses that same day! :) I am grateful to have come here!
