I don't want to jump on a five star rating, I have not gotten my eyeglasses BUT. Five stars for customer service! Kaylyn (I hope I don't misspell her name) was wonderful. She explained every detail my insurance benefits/eligibility that I was able to decide what I can consider on choosing the best eyeglasses for me! They do have special deals for VSP but I ended up picking a nice pair I so far love! It was handpicked by Kaylyn as she saw me having trouble looking for good match/fit with the style I want! Just the detailed explanation of everything they offer is a great way to start as I have made an informed decision. They also take affirm and care credit payments if customers choose to! I'll update once I get my eyeglasses . First visit---love! They're next to Master Eye Associates!
Plus plus--Kaylyn took the time to put nose pads on my old pair of glasses because I was still using them without. And cleaned them, happy tears!

Stopped by VisionWorks with my Gf to try and find some Glasses that would look great on her, after old frames had some cracks, started looking around, and the staff was very helpful, I ended up looking at some Ray Bans, was mostly interested in something for her. She ended up not finding what she was looking for but there was good selection to choose from.
