Had a great experience with Paul. I bought 2 pairs of glasses, and he was incredibly patient throughout all my questions regarding insurance and pricing options. After checking through to find me the best deal, he didn't pressure me to buy them same day at all and saved my information on file so that if I came back the next day, he could just pick up where we left off right away (which I did). I was given the ability (and even encouraged) to sleep on the decision. You could clearly tell they put the customer first when you get interactions like that, which is an easy 5 stars from me.

Poor customer service. The guy was dragging his feet to explain the benefits and just pointed me to the glasses to find one myself without helping me at all. While looking around he sat someone else to talk to them. Yeah, this was the worst experience I've had picking glasses. Save yourself the trouble and head to envision eye center 4min where they're very friendly, explain everything thoroughly, and actually help you find glasses that work for you

She even called the insurance company for us to help understand our benefits. She was so friendly and helpful, the best experience I have ever had when buying glasses!
