The quality of my frames and lenses are as expected. However. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years, most of them purchased from Visionworks, and I had the weirdest experience ever here. When I picked out a pair of glasses, the woman working the front desk asked if I liked them and I said I was a bit concerned about the fit. She told me to put them on, gave me a glance, and said they would be fine. Every other time I've ever gotten glasses, the associate has fitted them and marked the center point, so I was very confused when she immediately took me to pay. There was one other customer who did appear to have a fitting with the other associate who was working the back of the room.
When I got there to pick them up, once again, no fitting or anything. I tried them on, looked in the mirror, and she asked what I thought. I said that they were a little tight. When she just stared at me blankly in response, I found myself saying that I guessed they were fine. End of interaction. On my way out, I noticed that her phone was playing television at her desk. Honestly, I do not care if an employee is watching something, reading, etc., when the store is dead, but on a busy Saturday morning it does lead me to wonder whether I'm being rushed along because they have better things to get back to than helping me. My glasses are still not comfortable on me, and I am considering taking Visionworks up on their refund policy for the first time ever.
Extremely poor service, arrived within plenty of time to pick out my glasses and get the process started to fill my RX but was told they won't even look at my RX or let me buy glasses because it was too late in the day. They were more concerned with sitting and being on their phones than they were with taking down my information. Even if they couldn't call to verify insurance at 6pm Good customer service would have been taking my information, the glasses I liked, and a copy of my insurance, and processing it the following morning. If you can't do anything after 6 PM, then close the store at 6 PM. Don't stay open. Most people work during the day until 5 or 6pm. I thought I would give this place another shot, but not now.
Took my family of 6... Dr. Tubbs was very informative! He was amazing with my children and we will be returning year after year. Each appointment was swift and easy.. the assistant Kristine was fun and very nice! Linda was a little rude - but otherwise, a great place!
Damian and Monica Helped me with everything from start to finish. From the front door to the checkout process. I felt very comfortable. The selection available is huge and they answered all of my questions with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend you come to Vision Works off of Brodie Ln to pick out your next pair of glasses. I'm glad I did!
This is a great roomy store, I go in there every year and have a extremely good experience on superb quality frames and lenses. Do not change what is not broke.
The customer service was excellent. He was polite, handled more than one customer at a time, and was very informative. I've put off getting new glasses for longer than I should've, but I will be happy to go back here better if the pleasant atmosphere created by the young man working there.
My daughters and I went in to get glasses today and had a wonderful experience. They have an excellent selection of all kinds of frames and prices that aren't outrageous. Damien was super nice and helpful and explained our vision benefits to us. We all found frames that we love. Thanks, Damien!
We experienced terrible customer service today. My wife needed glasses and the individual didn't even greet us or offer us help. I approached her and ask if she was the only one working here. She stated the manager was at lunch. She sat in the back desk on her computer without even getting up playing video games on her laptop that I saw when I walked around.
