Visionworks The Shops at Arbor Walk

Recently went to Visionworks for new glasses, and had a wonderful customer service experience. The individual that helped me, Ashley, was extremely helpful and professional. I didn't feel rushed, and she helped me determine what options were available to me to help keep costs down. I would highly recommend Ashley at the Arbor Walk Visionworks.

I walked in randomly one day for help tightening a new pair of glasses. Ty was willing to help me and did a great job fixing the fit of my glasses. She was awesome! Very much appreciated.

We were at this Visionworks location for over an hour and were never greeted or acknowledged. No one informed us that we needed to sign into a tablet system to receive service. During that time, the two staff members were able to gossip, speak with multiple other guests, and assist a couple who entered after my boyfriend and me. We were seated at one of their service desks for more than 10 minutes without anyone saying a word to us. When an employee finally asked if we had signed in--while actively seating the couple who arrived after us--I explained that we hadn't, because no one had acknowledged us or told us we needed to. Instead of helping us at that point, they offered to add us to the waitlist, which felt unreasonable given how long we had already been there. I chose to leave. As I was walking out, I was told, "Sorry, it's just one of me and we're busy," which isn't something a customer should be expected to resolve. I'm not upset about waiting. I'm upset about the lack of basic customer service and the unfair treatment. If you're busy, at minimum acknowledge customers as they walk in, let them know to sign in, and tell them you'll be with them shortly.

We used the love this location. Josh was super knowledgeable and helped us pick out glasses that suited our face. He was able to convert a progressive prescription to make computer glasses. I tried to use this location again after Josh left, but was told they can't do the conversion for computer glasses (so I bought from Zinni because they can). I've gone during my lunch break only to find the store closed for lunch breaks. Do yourself a favor and go see Tyshael at the Mueller location.

I recently walked in to Visionworks at Arbor Walk hoping to have the arms of my glasses readjusted and straightened. General Manager, Ashley Nicholson greeted me and was friendly, professional and willing to assist with my request. She kindly made the repair(s) followed by thoroughly cleaning my glasses. Ashley is an perfect example of great customer service and deserves a 5 star rating as does her Supervisor, Grace!

Well so far customer service has failed to communicate or respond to my needs. I was first blown off because the sales/ customer service representative said she couldn't add something to my glasses via computer, so she would call me. Never did. I'm not sure they used my insurance because it was 700 dollars and on website it was half of that. Then when I called to see if I could get them earlier they left me on the phone almost 10 minutes. These things are basic easy beginner customer service skills. I'm considering canceling but I'm almost blind without glasses and I'm wearing broken ones.

Went there to place an order for contacts. The lady helping me was friendly. She wasn't able to help me right then and she told me someone will call me back. They eventually ended up calling me back I missed the call but called back within 5 mins. Was then placed in a 40 min hold just to place an order for my contacts. I'm so glad I wasn't busy that afternoon because 40 mins on hold for one person being in front of me is crazy.

I am a regular customer at this store, have been calling them for more than a week with no response, even left a message. I finally decided to visit the store at 6 pm. Only 1 sales person, I wanted to order contacts for my son, he told me that he will not be able to help me since he has one more customer ahead of me and store closes at 6:30 pm. What a horrible service? No apologies, nothing like I might be able to help you. Did you care!! I sat in the store and in 10 minutes was able to call another store and order contacts with out any problems!!
