Christina was very helpful in exchanging contacts that that I had problems with, she also made adjustments on the glasses that I picked up. Josh also was a rockstar in explaining all the different lenses and upgrades when choosing my glasses. He went to school for it in New York so he knows a lot, however he was still able to break it down to someone who knows absolutely nothing about it (me) so that I understood.

I came in because I was having difficulty adjusting to my first pair of progressive glasses. Josh S. helped me so much! He is knowledgeable and thorough and truly cares about getting me the right glasses for my needs. Josh helped me into an upgraded lense that addresses my issue and helped me get new glasses made. Thank you, Visionworks! I will be back again and again. So refreshing these days work with someone so professional! Southpark Meadows is the place to go!

If I could leave a negative (-5)review I would. This older lady name Rose she's very rude and unprofessional on top of being useless. I had to return 3 times to the store because she couldn't put the lens correctly on the frames. She kicked me out of the store and called security because I requested a refund and she wouldn't give it to me. She seems to hate us Hispanic people. Don't go to her if you're Hispanic or you'll be very disappointed with her customers service skills.

They do not disclose they force you to do an eye screening which VSP insurance does not cover, which they are part of. So even with insurance it's $119 for an eye exam. My prescription has not changed for 20 years. I'm going back to Panama where 1. Eye exams can be done for free with several different options. 2. They don't do these BS in network providers and then force you to pay extra upon arrival. 100% racket. 3. Even with a few years old prescription I can still get glasses or contacts. 0 value from VSP insurance, complety undisclosed extra charges. Drive here for nothing. Don't waste your trip. US citizens need to wake up about how much we are constantly getting ripped off.

Great experience at VSP Visionworks! My eyes were tested right next door at Master Eye Associates (MEA), so don't make the mistake I made. I though they were the same place! When I finished at MEA, I walked next door to VSP Visionworks and was taken great care of to pick the right style and align to my insurance. Thanks VSP Visionworks! This was my first time needing glasses, and I walked into Visionworks like a deer in the headlights. There were so many options, it felt overwhelming. Rose stepped in to help & instantly knew what styles would suit my face shape and brown eyes, and her knowledge made the whole process easy and even fun. Jackie also helped me make the final choice and perfectly fitted my glasses when I came to pick them up. I don't typically write reviews, but these ladies were fantastic! Both were incredibly kind and helpful, and to top it off, my glasses were ready a week earlier than expected. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this location and will definitely be back.
