I visited Warby Parker at Domain today and had such a wonderful experience. Everyone who works there is always amazing, but I want to give a special shout-out to James. He was incredibly polite, kind, and professional throughout my visit. His warm attitude and patience truly stood out and made the appointment feel so easy and comfortable. Thank you to the whole team, and especially James, for providing such exceptional service. I'm very grateful!

I shopped at the online store first but then went to the Warby Parker here in Austin to finalize my pick. It's a beautiful store, lovely product display. The service support was friendly and laid-back, no high-pressure attention. I bought frames there and will have my optometrist do the lenses. Great experience at this store!

Tanya was so super helpful and provided excellent customer service!! She was kind, approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She heard my concerns for fit, I have a big head and need extra wide frames, and she was able to make me feel really confident about my choices! She was very thorough with all that Warby Parker offered and how they also have options to add to my glasses to help me have an even better fit when they get delivered. A lovely experience!

Excellent customer service. The difference between Warby Parker and other eyewear stores is night and day. Even with how busy the store gets, staff consistently acknowledge every customer and regularly check in to help with questions or finding the perfect pair of glasses. Not only did I leave with a purchase I was really happy with, but they also adjusted one of my older Warby Parker frames. They explained that frame adjustments are included for the life of the purchase and that they also offer repair services, which really adds value. They used heat to reshape the plastic after it had stretched over time and tightened the screws so the glasses felt brand new again. I'm personally out of network with my vision insurance, but their pricing is affordable enough that I can submit an out-of-network claim. They provide an itemized invoice for reimbursement, and in my experience this is well worth it compared to in-network providers where add-on costs quickly pile up and defeat the purpose of having vision insurance in the first place.

I've been wearing Warby Parker for a few years, great value for the price. Today I stopped by to browse for new glasses and they suggested to adjust the frame of my old ones. After they did their magic, my old glasses feel like new. No need to shop for new ones for now. Great customer service!

Love this company. Great choices, personalized service. When they work with you, they are not distracted by other people and give you their full attention. I love that I can have the glasses mailed to me so I don't have to make a second trip to the store. I also appreciate being able to shop online with them. When shopping online if you have any questions, they have quick responses and you talk to an actual person.

I had a great experience at Warby Parker. They had a much greater selection of narrow and small frames than I've seen anywhere else and lots of fun colors in all shapes and sizes. The pricing can't be beat, even with it being out of network for my insurance. The staff was incredibly helpful and worked to get me the best deal, while remaining low-pressure. The website virtual try-on is a nice feature to see what works with your face, but I always need to try on in-person to really know if I'll like them (and I'm glad I did!) There are great perks like lifetime free adjustments, donating a pair when you buy a pair, 30 day no questions asked return policy, and a 6 month no-scratch warranty on all lenses for no extra charge. They can also fix pretty much any kind of damage to the frames for much cheaper than buying a new pair. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Really enjoyed going to Warby Parker. It was my first time. It was so efficient and everyone was so nice. I like that I will get them in the mail 7-10 days. I picked out some frames that I liked online, she went and got them, I tried them on. Picked the one that I wanted. Quick and easy. They explain everything. Everything upfront. Very pleased with Warpy Parker
