Scheduled and online appointment for a regular eye exam, I got a text asking if I wanted dilation or optomap I said neither and asked if it was necessary. I was told it was required so I was going to work with them and get the dilation but was told I needed to come in a hour earlier. Honestly wouldn't have minded if it wasn't 3 hours before my appointment so I could find another place that would be willing to just do a routine eye exam.
