Wow!!! I'm so grateful to be able to SEE thanks to Dr. Michael Mapp and ALL of the staff at the Eye Centers!!! They ALL made me feel so comfortable from the beginning about having cataract surgery in both eyes! Everyone was so efficient and very caring. Dr. Mapp is AWESOME!!! My surgeries were so 'easy' and painless! And ALL the staff at the Beaumont Surgical Affiliates was absolutely wonderful also. I am so very thankful for a great experience!!! My name is Sebastian Alexander I was seen by Dr. ren for dislocated IOL and was sent to specialist in Houston Dr. zhuang who was no longer at the location I was scheduled and sent to. So I called and left 3messages for someone to call me back and NO one did. I called and asked to speak to administrator and was basically hung up on.

Had surgery. One week later ran out of medicine. No response to drug store. Rain day. Tuesday got answering service, extremely rude. Hung up. No answer on any of numbers including # for Surgical answers. Out of medicines for 3 days. Can't even leave message.
