Grant at Eyeglass World was absolutely amazing! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything about my options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed, and he made the experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service -- I highly recommend asking for Grant if you go to Eyeglass World!

First time eye exam here and needed new glasses. Optometrist was so kind and was a very nice experience. Walked into the actual store for glasses and met Chris. Large selection of frames and when I couldn't decide, he helped me make a decision. He was so awesome and funny. Was very patient with me and my goofy husband and we just laughed the whole time we were there. He was very upfront and honest which I like. Chris, you need to stay here forever and I'll keep coming back.

5 Star experience, I had an eye exam and the front desk, nurses, and optometrist were all amazing if I could remember all there names I would list them! Got eye exam done with a new pair of contacts and decided to go around the corner to maybe get a new pair of glasses. Mr. Schuyler was amazing he was so nice and kind and easy going! We looked around picked out a pair got another free and was on my way today. Awesome experience walked out with a smile on my face!

UPDATE!!! Talked to their customer support....at first seemed things were being addressed but then the support tech said the receptionist told a different story (shocker) and had the eye dr who wasn't even there get involved and acted like I wasn't welcome there! I was like what you got available and she made sure to say that I misunderstood her wich is a lie.....I guess they don't care about loyal customers or good business if means covering their mess ups and behavior!!!----- This place is unprofessional and lazy....i booked an appt through their website and they were like nope sorry you'll have to wait a week!!!!......been going for years to have them pull this .if your website is messed up then you should do something about it and have a better resolution than to just "nope sorry , you'll have to wait until week we all booked up ...go to their web page says they have tons of availability so either they lied or they don't know what they are doing...this place is garbage now!!! Don't get on their bad side or call them out on their mistakes and misconduct or they'll be giving you the same treatment

We have been going to Eyeglass World for years and they never disappoint! There is a big selection to choose from and their prices are always fair. Grant and Cris are both very knowledgeable and super friendly.

Just bought two pair of progressive lens eye glasses at Eyeglass World in Beaumont. Montana was my sales person and she was extremely nice and very helpful from start to finish. Store was clean and organized plus they had a great selection to choose from. Prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
