When I walked into the office, all the ladies in the front office said Good morning. I was only seated for about 5 minutes when Courtney (eye tech) greeted me with a smile. She took me back to administer tests. She explained everything to me before she started the testing. Courtney was very courteous and patient with me.

They have gone downhill majorly in quality since offering in person "virtual" exams. The provider lied to me and said she was writing me the same prescription I was currently wearing and then proceeded to write me a weaker prescription than the one the same facility prescribed me last year before they went virtual. No where in the booking did they tell me it was a virtual exam nor did anyone in the front explain it to me either and now they're ignoring my insurance company about it too! Can't believe how downhill they've gone in a year. Very disappointed and I won't be back.
