I literally called and called just to be left on hold and have a voicemail play and hang up in my face. I love Dr. Singla, but the front desk people are out to lunch apparently the whole shift. You can count on them to answer the phone, but THAT'S IT. Answer the phone and have you on hold and waste your time you will never get back. Time that could've been used to tend to other important things. It's sad when people choose to work in healthcare who don't really "care" about the people they care for. Smh. Also, I work in healthcare.

I needed a regular yearly exam and new prescription for glasses. Made an appointment. Got my exam. The chick who checked my eyes was angry and rude but the doc was pleasant. I find out when checking out that they do not make claims on your vision insurance, only medical 'because we are specialists'. So I was charge more than $200 for an exam I could of gotten for free at TSO. They did nothing special. It was a regular exam.

After eye test the doctor finally came in. He looked into my eyes without instruments and said I "maybe" getting detachment in one eye. He said I can go now for surgery. I said I need to talk to wife first. After arguing with him and nurse he walked out and said nothing. I did not get any results on test.
