We had a wonderful experience at Stanton Optical in Beaumont! A special thank you to the store manager, Candence, for her outstanding service. She was very kind, polite, and patient throughout the entire process. She helped us choose the best frames and lenses that suited us perfectly, explaining all the options clearly and making sure we felt comfortable with our decision. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference. We really appreciate her help and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service and quality eyewear!

I've had my glasses for three years and the arm broke off. I went to Stanton Optical and someone came to help me quickly and gave me a new set of glasses. At least the frame cleaned my glasses and then gave me a bottle of cleaner and said we refill this for the rest of your life. It was So nice to receive excellent service! I took a photo with the African-American gentleman with the big Afro, but it doesn't allow me to post a picture.

I have been coming here since 2017 and have never been wronged, I even put my dad and sister here since the customer service has always been topped notch. Today was exceptional. They repaired the nose pads on my glasses in a few minutes without an appointment. Will always recommend

Don't go here unless you're willing to gamble With your money. I went here paid for an eye exam, and expensive glasses just to find out the prescription was not accurate. The virtual service for exams is pure trash Would give a -5 stars, but I cannot!

Me and my family LOVE Stanton Optical. I've been a Customer for years. So it was only right I brought my daughter when it was her turn to get her 1st pair of glasses. Karina made the visit so welcoming from the moment we walked in. Making it very easy for my daughter to relax and feel at ease throughout the visit. After searching tirelessly over the many frames. We finally found the perfect pair. And Karina is a HUGE thanks to that. We're so grateful for her and the work she put in !!

I lost my glasses at the beach one day and was able to get in for a new eye exam the very next morning! I got 2 pairs for $99 an hour later and couldn't be more satisfied. The customer service was amazing and Chris was especially helpful to me. This place will always get my business :)

Brought my daughter there to get a new prescription before school started, they were the only place avaliable on short notice and its obvious why. They do their eye exams remotely through what's basically a FaceTime video call. We could barely understand the doctor, his questions were vague and not clear at all. He also could not hear my daughter's answers. After waiting 2 weeks for the lenses to come in, we pick them up and its very clear the prescription is off. Instantly complained of headaches. We have always dealt with texas childrens in houston because my daughter always had eye problems in 1 of her eyes since since she was 5. I will say they were cheap, so theres that, but now we have a pair of glasses she wont wear. No I will not be going there to get them fixed because its unbelievable how wrong you can be as a medical professional the first time. I will say the workers that help with the glasses fitment and selection are great. The big one in the back was kinda dry and conceited with his answers and questions. But theres no 2nd chances from me. Do not use stanton optical in beaumont. Learned my lesson, luckily it only cost me $150.
