I've seen Dr. Broussard several years for my eye exams. She is very professional and friendly. She pays attention to details and takes time to explain everything to your understanding. I like that she actually cares about her patients. I recommend this TSO.

Came here for some safety glasses as my company gives me $200.00 dollars towards a pair.had a few to chose from picked the pair tat fit my face look at the tag $290.00 just for the frame.... Looked online same frame $75.00
Still I go through with it. Paid $125.00 out of pocket up front to get the order started and would bring the $200.00 dollar voucher when picked up or sometime in between as I didn't have it at the time I placed the order witch was 01-06-25 the associate said it was going to be 2 weeks before they came in.it is now 01-18-25 and they said it will be another two weeks before I get my safety glasses. Said they needed the voucher before they could place my order so why did I fork out $125.00 right away to start my order??? I already paid you $125.00 it's not like I'm not going to bring you the voucher or not pick up the glasses yea last time I do business with this place as they are way overpriced and not very truthful.

I had an appointment this morning at 8:30 with Dr. Phan and it was the BEST eye experience I have ever had. When I walked in, everyone in there was laughing and greeted me as soon as the door opened. Everything was fast and efficient. Dr. Phan explained so much to me about my vision and was a great listener too! Ordered my glasses and was out the door. I did not have to wait and I LOVED that. Best place to go in Beaumont! Keep up the great work!

The best TSO in the Golden Triangle. My visits here have always been pleasant. I had an issue with the brand contact lens I was wearing before I visited their office, and they allow me to try out different brands until I felt comfortable and satisfied with my contacts. Dr. Phan is very personable and thorough during the exam. He answered all my questions and concerns, which made me feel much better about my eye lol. The front ladies & staff were really welcoming. Wait time is minimal. I definitely recommend.

My kids used to see Dr. Broussard in the past - who was always fantastic! But the last 3 years or so they have seen Dr. Phan & love him. He's very friendly and patient with all 4 of my children who range from age 2-14, yet he explains everything I need to know about their exams. He answers all my questions but also gets us out within a reasonable amount of time. I've recommended him many, many times to friends with children & they all love him. We have a TSO near me, yet I will continue make the 20 minute drive to visit the Gateway location due to these doctors!
