VisionMann Optometrists

I was given a directive by my insurance company to find another eye doctor since my previous eye doctor is now out of network. I'm so thankful I found Dr Sandra Mann, VisionMann Optometrists. What a professional and caring physician team, her and her husband! Their office staff is top notch and they have two locations, one in Beaumont and one in Nederland.

I had the best experience with Dr. Mann. He explained the whole process of what he was doing to our son. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable. He even looked up where to get the prescriptions. Mr. Nathan was so nice and helpful. They were able to get us an appointment quickly and was very helpful with the insurance verification process. Thank you for a great experience Dr. Mann and VisionMann staff.

Dr Andrew Mann, Nathan, and Traci were amazing, professional, and caring at my annual eye exam at the Beaumont location. They explain everything, available for Friday afternoon appointments, and through for check out! I had my first appointment with his wife Dr Sandy Man in Nederland and it was also a great experience. Will definitely be back!

Both of these Doctors are amazing. Funny they are Married! Knowledge and caring! Best eye care in Beaumont in my opinion.

I have seen Dr. Andrew Mann in Beaumont for many years with positive experiences. My condition now requires that I go every 3 months and I would give 5 stars for each appointment! He is very informative and knowledgeable and answers every question thoroughly. A friendly atmosphere for my whole family that I highly recommend!

Today was the first time my family visited Vision Mann and Dr. Andrew Mann. We had a wonderful experience! The best part was that I finally had an eye doctor that can check the pressure in my eyes without the horrid "puff" machine! I have worn glasses for 36 years and the "puff" pressure test gives me such anxiety. To top off this nice surprise, Dr. Mann and his staff was courteous and kind. Hope to see Dr. Mann for many years of eye health care.

Dr. Andrew was very courteous and welcoming to me when I arrived at his office in Beaumont. I was very impressed with him as an optometrist and with the really good eye exam and care. I feel like he covered everything and answered all my concerns. I will keep coming to Vision Mann from now on.

Edited: Overbooking? YES!!! I know for sure because when I went to sign in on my first visit, the lady at front desk asked me what time is my appointment, I said 3pm (I got there around 2:50). A lady who was sitting in the waiting area already, acknowledged that her appointment was also at 3pm. The front desk lady responded that she will be seen at that time. While we waited 2 hours. Very laid back, which isn't bad, but when your appointment time noticeably doesn't reflect the time you actually see the doctor, it's a problem. I'm not surprised, this part of Texas has its own norms that most outsiders (that I spoke with at least) finds weird/annoying. Maybe it's a small town feel that some of us isn't used to. Anyways, fairly nice people, other than the waiting time, very professional.
