I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. When the person at the front desk is so friendly and knowledgeable, you know your exam will be great. I had an in depth vision checkup with Dr. Melissa Poppenhusen. I was questioned, listened too and everything was explained in easy to understand language. She scheduled needed tests outside their office and I appreciated her upbeat, energetic attitude.

Worst experience of my entire life, I am shaking as I type this. I brought in my daughter in to get fitted for contacts, she was, and I paid $198. She was given daily contacts to try out, I informed the office manager, a very condescending and rude woman, that we might want to go with monthly contacts instead, she said that they have all brands of contacts and to let her know what our decision was after my daughter tried them. After trying daily, my daughter decided she wants monthly eye contacts, I called to ask for them and had a yelling match with the office manager who kept raising her voice at me to let me know that the fitting that I paid for was only for daily contacts. If I wanted monthly contacts, I had to bring in my daughter and pay for another visit. There was no way to reason with her, this place is disgusting and the manager is not a good representation of an Optometrist office.

Lost my glasses in the Lake! The team took great care of me for a last minute appointment. Because I have a pretty high Rx, getting replacement glasses fast was not an option. I was fitted with a great pair of contacts after swearing off contacts 15 years ago! Thanks for making it good day.

The front desk service was exceptional! She was super friendly and helpful in person and over the phone. As a new patient, I was very pleased with my visit. The doctor was also great. He was really friendly and seemed to genuinely care. The appointment overall was very quick and satisfying. I'll be back next time for sure. Thank you!

I have always had a wonderful experience at the Galleria EyeCare, but I must share my interaction from yesterday. I have been having some strange things happening in my right eye and after 4 days, I became concerned. It is Thanksgiving week and I thought I should get it looked at, but kept talking myself out of it. It got worse and on Tuesday, and I just showed up to their office and explained my symptoms. Nicole told me that they were booked, but she and Dr. Murray both said they would work me in due to the nature of my symptoms. They were both so kind and thorough. It ended up being something that could resolve on its' own, but it could have been serious and they took me very seriously. I can't thank them enough for working with me and giving me the diagnosis and the peace of mind I needed. I will never go anywhere else for my eye exams!

Dr. Ozbek is amazing! I live in Houston, but my parents live in Bee cave. When I come visit them, I've been able to get a weekend appointment and the staff is so friendly, and super quick and efficient. They always ship my prescription to my Houston address. Thankful for your whole team! You make eye care easy and convenient. I will continue to use Galleria Eyecare for all my eye needs. Keep doing great things!
