I highly recommend Boerne Vision Center! Our family has used Boerne Vision for several years now. Dr. Patel is the best - he's thorough and patient-focused.He does a fantastic job listening to your concerns and seeking to find solutions. Dr. Johnson has also been wonderful with older members of my extended family. It's been easy to make an appointment. Their eye glasses selection is great, and they give excellent customer service through glasses/contact lens purchase, fitting, and maintenance.

Appointment as new patient was made in one day. Staffing was helpful and professional. Warm welcome (w/smile) and welcoming setting. Dr. Patel was the shining star. He took the time to explain all of the test and pictures that were taken. He explained them in a way that was easy for a non-eye professional to understand. He was patient and thorough with the the many questions I asked and answers he provided. Very nice first impression.

I had a great Appointment yesterday for my contact lens fitting. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the newest lens products and recommended a couple of solutions for my dry eyes. They worked with me on the pricing and are very flexible with when I want to make my lens order for the year. I will definitely come back to this location.

Dr Susan Johnson is an excellent doctor. She helped me to get my 20/20 vision back by encouraging me to undergo surgery for my eyes and helping me to understand why I should do it and she was right. The surgery was successful and yes my 20/20 vision is back. Her assistant as well is very nice and accommodating. Thank you!

We've seen both Dr. Patel and Dr. Johnson. Both are excellent with great bedside manners. Dr. Patel is very friendly and always smiling. Dr Johnson is friendly and extremely thorough. For example, she (Dr. Johnson) spent time going over makeup removal practices and overall hygiene with my young teen who developed a sty. It was so helpful and my daughter figured out that she had been doing something that was likely the culprit for the eye infection. Both doctors spend adequate time with us whenever we come for appointments, never rushed out. The office has been good about working us in for urgent care (like the eye infection for example).
