I recently had an appointment at Innovista, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The office itself is warm, welcoming, and very well organized. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they value both professionalism and patient comfort. What really stood out to me was the technology. The equipment is seamlessly integrated, and being able to see what the doctor sees in real time is incredible. It adds a whole new level of understanding and confidence to the exam. Dr. Rojas was outstanding. He explained everything so clearly and thoroughly that he answered questions I didn't even think to ask. That level of detail and care makes a huge difference. What I appreciated most is that he doesn't just focus on the immediate issue -- he genuinely thinks about long-term eye health and prevention. My long-time eye doctor retired a couple of years ago and it was time to search out a new provider. After searching through Google reviews and NextDoor I decided on Dr Rojas at Innovista Eye and they did not disappoint! What I really liked was that the doctor performed the exam himself vs. having a tech perform it and then only seeing me to review those results. I'm 70 years old with many eye exams in my history and having the provider perform the whole service is rare these days! He and his staff were very friendly, patient and thorough. The doctor went over all the photos and results in great detail. He was very good about listening to my many questions and took his time giving them the attention they needed. As I get older I know I can take a bit longer understanding medical details but he made sure I was clear. Conversational nature vs. short answers. I'm glad I found him and am sending family members his way now after this great experience!!

Dr. Rojas is absolutely phenomenal! He was patient, kind, caring, and very knowledgeable about the latest technology. He took his time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed. I left my appointment with a solid understanding and a clear plan to improve my vision. The staff was just as wonderful -- Taylor made checkout easy and pleasant, Joanna explained every step while taking my eye images, and Cassie made check-in smooth and welcoming. The office itself is clean, modern, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. I truly felt valued and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Rojas and his team to anyone looking for quality eye care with a personal touch!

Had the pleasure of being referred to Innovista. The office staff is wonderful and made it easy to get a appointment. Dr. Rojas provided the most thorough exam I have ever had. I have been to 2 differenrt Vision centers with results and glasses that just did not help me with my vision issues. Dr. Rojas to the time to figure out my problem and also took the time to explain whats going on. We have started a treatment plan that time will tell. I feel like I am in good hands.
